After having surgery to repair my prolapse, I was still experiencing some issues with incontinence. I was then told that I would likely need surgery again in the a few years. So I set out to find an alternative solution for myself. I heard about the HYPOPRESSIVE training and was referred to Trista. Since I started doing HYPOPRESSIVE exercise in December 2012, any problems with incontinence have diminished greatly and any discomfort I was feeling in my pelvic area has completely disappeared. As a bonus I have lost inches off my waist line. Trista's great ability to teach and motivate has been a huge part my success!

Recently I've noticed a change since practicing HYPOPRESSIVE exercises. It wasn't what I might have expected. I noticed that I hadn't remembered the last time when I could neglect going to the washroom for long stretches of time without having to think about it, as I was now seemingly doing unwittingly. What also impressed upon me was that while I had "lasted" for the better part of the day without seeing the inside of a bathroom, that I hadn't abstained from drinking or eating healthily either. Great results I'd say!

Hello Trista. I took your HYPOPRESSIVE Workshop in May and loved it! I have been practicing on a regular basis and have seen a HUGE difference in my stress incontinence. Could you please let me know the date of your Fall Certification

I am a mom of two kids and after turning 40 I began having issues with urinary incontinence. After a year on medication and many tests with a urologist I was told that I would have to be on the medication for the rest of my life!  I wanted to find an alternative "cure" and that's when I found you.  After only 3 months of doing the HYPOPRESSIVE with you and working with the pelvic physiotherapist you recommended my symptoms have virtually disappeared!  I have also noticed that my abdominal area is more toned.  I would highly recommend you, Trista and HYPOPRESSIVE  training to all women who have had children!

After a series of HYPOPRESSIVE lessons with Trista, I noticed an immediate difference - flatter stomach - but most importantly, my leaking stopped. It has made such a change on a number of levels and I'm so glad that I have done this. Thanks!
