I began working with her five weeks after my procedure and I noticed significant improvement with incontinence very quickly. I have been working with Trista for almost two months and am now doing the HYPOPRESSIVE daily. It only takes about twenty minutes and I have noticed many benefits. My breathing is deeper, my waist size has been reduced, I have more muscle tone in my abs, even my posture is better. I wish I had started this prior to my surgery. I think it would made my recovery quicker and easier.
