  • Feet facing forward & hands distance apart
  • Knees slightly bent
  • Exhale and grow paying attention to the 3 domes — pelvic, respiratory, and the top of the
    head — are in line.
  • Slight axis shift forward
  • Allow your heels to reach towards the floor to allow you to grow
  • Keep your eyes open and looking towards the horizon
  • Arms straight but elbows not locked
  • Finger tips reach to the floor
  • Arms are away from the body as shoulder blades are away from each other and winged out
    as if to fly
  • Palms face behind or if Instructed forwards to avoid internal rotation
  • With the axis shift forward and shoulder blades apart as if to take off and fly
    so arms are slightly back
  • No arm movement
