Even now my pelvic floor does not feel heavy and the bulge is nearly gone

Trista the hypopressives are working so well for me. I also got a pessary just for my own peace of mind and since I’ve done the hypopressives with your tweaking and having the pessary which I only wear when doing high physical stuff like teaching and going for long walks or something, I’ve been almost symptom free. I’ve had a really bad cough the last two weeks and even now my pelvic floor does not feel heavy and the bulge is nearly gone. It’s such a big change.
I think I might be ready for some new more challenging poses? What do you think? I love them so much and would really want to learn more and get more dynamic with them. It’s one of the only physical movements I really look forward to everyday besides walking and yoga, it feels very good.
