I’ve been doing HYPOPRESSIVES with Trista for about two months now. I have pelvic floor dysfunction after a traumatic delivery and was worried I would never be able get back to exercising like I used to and thought surgery was definitely in my near future. I also thought I’d never get a toned stomach again. After two months I can go most days without any pelvic floor symptoms and have noticed a positive change in my waistline as well. They’re easy to do and only take about 20 minutes and I can fit them in daily. I’m certainly going to continue and I plan to move on to doing advanced postures.
