Recently I’ve noticed a change since practicing HYPOPRESSIVE exercises. It wasn’t what I might have expected. I noticed that I hadn’t remembered the last time when I could neglect going to the washroom for long stretches of time without having to think about it, as I was now seemingly doing unwittingly. What also impressed upon me was that while I had “lasted” for the better part of the day without seeing the inside of a bathroom, that I hadn’t abstained from drinking or eating healthily either. Great results I’d say!
