The prolapse quickly improved to not being noticeable at all and I felt very strong in that area
It’s been a long time and I will please like to update you on my experience since the last time you worked with me.
Am unsure if you remember, I was seeing you about a uterine prolapse caused by heavy lifting. I have since given birth to a daughter and am currently deadlifting and squatting 180 lbs easily and the prolapse is still improving. I don’t really think it’s a prolapse anymore, the uterus is only slightly lower than before the injury. But I’ve also birthed 3 children naturally…so I believe with your exercises I’ve recovered from the injury.
About 12 weeks after birthing my 3rd daughter, I slowly began working on your exercises again. I worked up to doing the routine twice a day, some times more because it felt good in many ways. Sometimes I also did kegels while doing the not breathing part during the exercises. Well during the first year postpartum I also had low potassium and had to supplement, I don’t know if that affects anything. But with all these things the prolapse quickly improved to not being noticeable at all and I felt very strong in that area. I began lifting again very slowly after one year and after each workout day the prolapse improved even more. I still continue your exercises every day. I never would have been able to attempt lifting again without them and it’s my passion. I was scared to even run after my children when you met me Trista. And the best thing is I never had to go to a clinic to receive the best treatment that you gave me, for something so embarrassing.
I hope this is positive to make you happy and maybe it can help others too. I don’t know what would have happened without your help, I can confidently complete my family now. You changed my life and you’re amazing.
